Last updated: July 2026 · MVP summary — not legal advice.
By creating an account, inviting staff, or placing an order on IVPrior, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
What these terms cover
- Who is responsible for what on a tenant account (owners, staff, customers)
- What you may and may not do on the platform
- How billing works for your subscription versus customer order payments
- Liability, and how we handle changes to these terms
Accounts
- Tenant owners are responsible for the staff they invite and how each Location is configured.
- You must provide accurate business and contact information when you sign up or update settings.
- Do not share login credentials between people — use role-based access (Roles & permissions) instead, so actions stay traceable to the right user.
Acceptable use
You may not use IVPrior to:
- Process unlawful orders or sell prohibited goods
- Attempt to bypass billing, security, or access controls
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload platform infrastructure
Accounts that violate acceptable use may be suspended while we investigate.
Billing
- SaaS subscription fees are billed per the plan your tenant selects — see IVPrior subscription.
- Customer order payments flow through the payment provider configured for your Location (for example Stripe Connect) under that processor's own terms — IVPrior does not hold customer funds itself.
Limitation of liability
IVPrior is provided as is during this MVP phase. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature is defect-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post notice in admin or by email. Continuing to use IVPrior after that notice means you accept the updated terms.
