IVPrior does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws (for example CCPA/CPRA).
What this means for you
- We use your data to operate the IVPrior service you or your tenant signed up for — not to broker it to third-party marketers or ad networks.
- Payment processors (for example Stripe) receive only what is needed to complete a transaction, under their own agreements with you.
- There is no separate "opt-out" toggle to turn on, because IVPrior does not perform the sale or sharing this right addresses in the first place.
California and similar state rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request:
- Access to the personal information IVPrior holds about you
- Deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements (for example completed order records)
- Correction of inaccurate account details
Submit requests to privacy@ivprior.com from the email address on your account. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
Authorized agents
If someone submits a request on your behalf, they must provide signed authorization from you, and we must be able to verify your identity before acting on the request.
